A minor technical issue

I can't capitalize forum topics...

For whatever reason, I've noticed over the past month or so that I can't capitalize all of the thread headings I start. �For instance, the heading "saddam hussein has been captured!" should have been in all caps, to show my excitement. �Another example, the "wolf quest region 2 dvd" thread should look like "Wolf Quest Region 2 DVD". �

I know this is a minor problem, but it does get annoying when I intend to capitalize a movie title or something similar, and it doesn't end up the way I typed it. �I apologize if this is a completely dumb-arse question, and there's something I'm overlooking

Actually, I have no idea how to fix that one. O_o I could search the IB help forums when I get some time. Perhaps others have had similar problems.

I did notice that, but I just figured it was normal. The only thing you can capitalize is the first letter.
