I have a question: I know that the rules say no double-posting on the boards, right? What about the writing section? I think that the rule should be altered a bit to allow maybe just the authors of multi-chaptered stories to post one chapter in each post (with a possible multi-post, but still). I know that they're are boards that allow this, and I also know the pros and cons to this. Is this allowable or not for fanfictions?
I was just curious about this, since I was going to post much of my story up on the board but I remembered the rule and only posted one chapter.
Thank you for your time. I hope it wasn't such a stupid question!

Are you worried about keeping the your story looking neat, sectioning it off or are you worried that your post might be too large? You can simply separate the chapters by annoucing a change in chapters. Like Chapter 1, Chapter 2, ect. As for the size of your post, I've set the boards to allow a maximum post size of 500KB, which is usually more than enough for the average story.
However, IF you really feel strongly on separating your chapters with each new post, then do so. Just try not to go overboard with the multiple posting.

Okay. I was mainly wanting the story to look neat and all, but I know there might be people that are going to review it between so . . ..
Since it's not completely finished yet, I think I'll be fine. I have 7 of the planned 12 parts completed (Parts as in chapters), so I think it will work out. I won't overpost too much, Okay?
Thanks for the help . . .

Sound good, Juuchan. As long as you're reasonable and don't over do it, I don't mind at all.
