To expand on what Acanis said, use the whatever forums. These forums are mainly dedicated to animation as well as Balto. If there's a huge interest in in other topics then an approprate forum will be created. There isn't a huge demand for movie forums. When I say that I mean like animation, music, and gaming. So the forums will remain as they are, because the Whatever Forums are more than adquate.
