Is there a way to turn off the email option with messenger? At the moment I get the PM in my inbox, and an email copy as well. I went into preferences and didn't see anything there relating to it. Probably can't see for looking...
(just to be clear: I want people to be able to email me. I just don't want to automatically recieve email copies of PM's)

Click on "your control panel" then click on the "email settings" tab and then uncheck the "send email conformation when you receive a message", save and exit

I didn't know there was an option for that. O_o; I certainly don't receive emails when people message me. I'll check around, but did you double check your indiviual settings? You might have checked something off and not realized it. Is anyone else having this problem as well?
*Edit.* Yeah, AC beat me to it. Just uncheck the "Send a confirmation email when I receive a new private message" option.
