Afrraid to color? Lol- I know the feeling! What I do a lot of times in those kind of cases is scan the drawing into my computer, and with my primitive little bitmap/paint program, just test it out a little.
Or, when your brain can't safely convert the digital coloring into real stuff, make a 'mock drawing' on tracing paper.

Nice Picture Jay Fox Fire. But you shouldn't be afraid to color. I like to color in the drawings i do. Anyways, why are you so scared to color? Do you color bad?
But it is still a wicked nice picture. I wish i could draw like that.

OOOOOO!!!!! So you do color good and I know what you mean. Sometimes i have second thoughts about coloring. Like you i fell like it might turn out bad.

Wish I had one that GOOD. I mean, all I have is a tiny little one built into my printer, which is also horrible, and is also built into my fax machine, which does not work.
