All those whom I haven't alienated with the simple mention of that movie, I thank you for looking at this thread. I would have simply asked Silver in person, but I rarely speak to her directly these days. Bah busy schedules. Bah I say, bah! I could then ask CW to pass on the message, but then that is what these boards are for, and my absense has been a long one. So I decided I'd post this here and let it be. Whoo, aren't you all lucky?
Now to my point. Point? Point? I ain't gotta have no stinkin point! No wait, I do. *Blinks.* Well yes, I think reading too much along with sleeplessness have caused what little sanity I might have ever had to go flying out the window. Or what is that called, CW, defenestration? I was close, but I still had to use Dictionary.com as reference. So my point, I'll get to that now.
I know few people really liked Balto II, and I'm not trying to start up an argument here over whether or not it was a good movie. What I am seeking is a means to get the songs. There's no soundtrack released that I know of, and as sad as some of the music from that movie was, there were a few songs I really liked. Okay, so I like David Carradine. Sue me? I know there are means of extracting sound from regular digital video files, but I've not found anything, that being free, that I know of which can extract the audio from DVDs. Does anyone know of a solution, or better yet, if there is someone else out there that's already done so? The way I figure it, if Universal doesn't want to release the soundtrack, then I can make my own. I bought their darn DVD. I shouldn't have to play the entire movie just to listen to the songs. That would be cruel and unusual punishment, even if I skipped to the scenes with the songs I was interested in.
I'm done rambling now. Thanks to any and all that can help.
(Whew, no spell check. LJ has spoiled me. You all are in for a treat of spelling faux pas.)[And now I've edited to correct for my more major blunders, still being too lazy to check my spelling :P ]
