Dork! Man, that woman needs some help of her own. That is just plain stupidity. Even dumb people will call it stupid. I kinda like dumb (retarted) people because they are more emotional at heart. I have a friend named Kristian, she's cool. Anyway, that woman is BOZO! 
That was HILARIOUS! They should make a radio program called "America's Funniest Phone Calls." I almost cracked up listening to that!

For those who have trouble hearing what the irate, immature mother says, there's a transcript (and a short write-up on the incident) up at Snopes. Turns out it happened two years ago, and not recently.
Thanks CWTyger, I read the phone call and I have to say that the woman is quinte stupid. But it's too funny, if I would be the dispatcher I would laugh!
