Today my church youth group went to a place called Laser Quest in Appleton. I had never played laser tag before, so I was a little nervous. (Forget that, I was terrified! XD) Luckily the workers there explained everything.
For each game that we played, we got to pick a codename that would be displayed on the list of scores. For the first game, I picked the name "Neon." (Hmm...I wonder where I came up with that? XD) It was a lot of fun. After it was over, our scores were displayed on a monitor. Out of 21 people, I ended up in...20th place! XD Okay, so I'm not so good at laser tag. But it was only my first time.
For the second game, I changed my codename to "Greywolf." This time, out of 30th people, I got 17th place. Not bad, eh?
For the last game, I stuck with the name "Greywolf." This time I was a little more confident than before. So, out of 24 people, I came in...sixth! I was amazed!
But, it didn't matter how well I did, because it was still a lot of fun.
So...I'm planning to celebrate my birthday there with a few friends...it's going to be great!
