Does anyone here play the the Age of Empires games? A while back I picked up AoE II: Age of Kings. It's very good strategy game. Anywho, the latest installment, Age Of Empires III, has been announced by Ensemble Studios. More information, including screen shots, can be found Here. The graphics look very impressive, especially compared to the lack of detail in AoE II.

I played Age of Empires from 1998!
Still have Age of Empires II - The Conquerors on pc.
And your topic just reminded me of the pleasure to make 50 cataphracts and attack everything on the map! (i confess! i used resource cheats lost my patience to build up).
Anyways i noticed the best units in Age of Empire II are the Turkish Jannissary, 2 trabuchets and some good infantry or cavalery. Love to play Age of Mythology too.
Cant wait to get my grubby hands on Age of Empires 3!
