Rp post approval thread

Submit a sample rp post here.

Started by Coasterfreak on 22 Jul 2004, 02:00 UTC · 79 preserved posts

I decided, after consulting with CW and Silver, that it would better to have sample RP posts to be posted here.  I do not want anyone to have to slog through 4 pages of arguments just to post in the Forum Changes thread.  The approved list thread will remain as it is with a few minor changes.

Without futher ado, let the posting begin!

Edit: Anyone whom submitted a sample thread to Forum Changes thread has been "grandfathered" in under the old rule.

Edit2: Everyone, with the exception of the Moderators and Administrators, must post a sample RP post to this thread for approval to join the forum.  This is a permanent new rule.

BlackFire sat down in his chair, reading the posts Shadow had sent him. He needed to make a sample post so he could post in the rbf. He sighed and began to type this rp post. Glancing up once he saw that Fluke had replied to the suggestion he had made. In truth, he felt sorta bad about making that post. He had only made it out of anger, nothing more. In fact, there were times when Coster could be a great person. BlackFire shook his head and continued to type. He was almost finished with his post. Then he could rp again.

As Dark Wolf went looking for food he came upon a hunter and seven dogs. Dark Wolf looked at them and thought I must be quiet around them, if I dont Ill get shot and die. Dark Wolf walked in his sneakiest of camouflage until a thud sound game from the rock Dark Wolf fell on. The hunter heard the nosie and saw Dark Wolf and told his dogs get that wolf . The dogs started barking an chasing Dark Wolf. Dark Wolf ran in panic as the dogs chased him. He ran into a cave were he had slept without no food for the night. Then during the day he heard Shadows howl telling him about the radioactive Blue forums, but if he only made longer posts. Dark Wolf kinda felt bad for what he did in the forum changes thread and he just leaned sometimes its good to make changes . So Dark Wolf typed all day and all night. When he was almost finish with his post he send it on the icy boards. Then will role play again.
Awesome. ;)

Both of your posts are approved by me.
I don't think I have to post any of these approval posts.  Right?  I just asking because I know I'm approved but, I don't know if I'm approved of starting a new topic or something in that nature.  How many sentences are we suppoesed to have in our posts?
You're doing fine, lengthwise.  :)  Yeah, since you've been approved already, you don't need to post another one.
"Have to--get there--now!" panted Alueus.
The she-wolf had just read about the whole RPing fiasco a day or so earlier, and, even if she did tend to disappear from time to time, she still wished to be approved. Granted, she wasn't in any of the current role play's, but you never knew.
Alue spotted CW, Silver, and Coaster a few yards away, currently approving the members for role play.
There they are! she thought, quickening her pace.
Only feets away from the group, the winged wolf accidentally tripped over a tree root sticking out of the ground and rolled the rest of the way there, head over tail style.
"Oof!" She blinked a moment and rubbed her head looking up to see she had bumped into CW.
"Owww...Hi Commander," said Alue, eyes crossed, "what do I have to do?" She shakily stood up on all fours, and that's when she noticed what the others had done. She blinked again. "Wait a minute..."
"Well, first you have to let the dizziness pass," CW commented wryly.  "Then..."  He sniffed around for the ink pad.  "Then... hold on a moment... where is it?  It stinks to high heaven, so you'd think I'd be able to find it... aha, found it."  He nosed it open.  "Now, where's the stamp of approval?"  It was at that point that he felt lazy, so he stuck his paw on the ink pad, and placed his paw on Alue's forehead.  "There.  You've been approved by a tiger."
The large European wolf lay quietly on the side lines, watching the aftermath of the previous few nights. The moon shined and shimmered against his long course brown fur, his ears twisting with every sound. Alert and responsive he looked around and slowly got to his feet before bending down to stretch his muscles and click the joints in his wide muscular neck, the noise echoing in the eerie silence that had suddenly fallen around him. The long fur of his wolf mane swaying and shivering in formation, every strand of hair uniformed and neat after shedding the thicker winter coat. Fluke looked around and shrugged his shoulders, he thought to himself "Even though I am exempt from the rule, I'm not a fan of rp" and left the topic to go do something silly :P
"Wow, I must say I really wasn't expecting that.  Heh, that's so like Fluke."  Silver commented to herself as she watched the wolf run off.

Luckily the forum staff were exempt from the rule, but it still would have been fun to stamp Fluke.  Shaking her head, she padded of to explore the rest of the forums.
The small masked red wolf trotted across the grass, the slight breeze ruffling her fur against her light-framed body, ears flicked against her mane, and her eyes narrowed. The sound of clicking met her ears, which swiveled forward and then clamped back harder. She broke into a light gallop, tail swishing in annoyance, and she spotted the large, muscular brown wolf within three strides. Silently, she leaped and grabbed him around his neck, clinging and nipping his ear playfully. "NO CRACKING!!!" She whispered into his black-tipped ear. Bad wolf.
Meanwhile, nearby, a tiger sat in front of a bowl of Rice Krispies and milk.  The snap, crackle, and pop of the cereal was music to his ears.  His dislike of soggy cereal had been a problem before, until he found out that Rusty absolutely loved having milk with cereal.

"Odd squirrel," he commented.

"Vesta needs your approval, Mr. Tiger," Rusty said when she arrived.

"Hmm?  She does?"  CW checked over the post, nodded, and hung an "Approved" sign on Vesta.  Red ink wouldn't have shown up on her fur anyway.
Mistletoe lie in the middle of his lawn head on his paws looking up at the clouds go by. The wind swifted by and it touched his fur with a pleasant smell of homemade biscuits. Mistletoe's nose going a mile a minute followed the scent. It lead to his own house. right in front of him was a bowl of fresh dog cookies on a high shelf. he trotted side to side thinking of a plan. He jumped up on the patio table and took 4 or 5 snacks. He ran fast and lie back in his resting spot munching on the bones. He knew his owner would find out. So he thought
" At least it was worh the Biscuits!"
Coaster places a big read APPROVED stamp on Mistletoe's head.  He then waits till Silver also approves of Mistletoe's post to give her access to the RBF.
Silver yawns, as she's tired after a full night of chatting at The Balto League.  However, she's awake enough to approve Mistletoe's post.
Four transparent paws padded softly over the terrain. They were all identical. Big, sharp clawed and weary. The timbers that held the mitts were long and scruffy. Dark brown in color, the envy of any tree's bark. They all moved perfectly in time in a slow walk, as the being upon the legs and paws observed the terrain in a tired manner, looking almost as if he was bored. The legs finally stopped moved as the wolf sat down hard on his haunches, waiting to be approved by his betters, who were hanging around accepting the now assosiates of the leaders.

The crossbred wolven's name was Maeruiee, meaning Eagle Hunter, but everyone who had met couldn't be bothered to pronounce his difficult name, and dubbed him FeatherWolf instead. For he had, behind his dark brown, now almost ebon ear, a feather of light gold, gifted by the friends and owners of his beloved mother, the indians, to give him wolf. FeatherWolf himself was a handsome young man, with the normal hazel brown eyes, and ebon nose. His pelt couldn't decide it's colour, shading from brown to black across his bodice, finally turning the deepest black at the tip of his tail

Featherwolf looked around helplessly, hoping someone would notice a wolf as humble and quiet as he
The tiger approached FeatherWolf slowly, attempting not to scare him.  Others were used to his size, and he hoped that their familiarity would show the newcomer not to be afraid.  He nodded at him once, to show that he approved of the newcomer, and placed a transparent 'Approved' sticker on his fur.  Then he smiled, careful not to show any teeth.
Coaster was about to approve FeatherWolf, but noticed that CW got to him first.
The feline mascu who preasently preasented ((whee!! Fun fun to say ^^)) FeatherWolf with approval, was a magnifisant creature. Quite a bit larger in from to a wolf, twinned by the most oddest combination of colours that seemed to blend in perfectly. And wings. He was a godly creature to the young wolfling, a little scrauny black, brown and white animal whose sence of dignity happily shared dwellings at the back of FeatherWolf's mind with his ability to talk. He was of course proud of himself that he had been accepted, but equally frightened. The kind expression gave him confidence that he wouldn't be harmed, but his mother had raised him better than to completely trust strangers. He would be polite thought. It was the least he could do. The winged tigris had just delivered him freedom run around annoying others with long boring posts, overcooked muffins and bad jokes. THe least he could do was talk, and deliver his thanks

Thankyou....For the invisible sticker..it's very nice.. -FeatherWolf managed a nervous grin- I need to go..i'm..tired..Good tidings

FeatherWolf had never moved so fast in his life. He spun round and dived past the others and zoomed over grass and stone, putting as much distance between him and today's pecuiliar events behind him

((Please excuse my spelling :())
Roxi was lying down in the snow. It was a chilly day, and the snow was falling. Roxi started rolling around. "Roxi! Roxi!" Roxi heard her hunter calling her. Roxi disliked her hunter very much, so she stayed where she was. Her hunter walked over to her. "Roxi, ready to hunt down some wolves?" He said greedily. Roxi snarled. Her hunter spotted a grey wolf near the woods, and aimed his gun towards it. Roxi snarled even louder now. She jumped up at her hunter and clasped her teeth around the gun. That wolf was her friend. "Roxi, what is with you, you stupid dog!" The hunter said. "I better go back inside, before ya kill me out here." Roxi lifted her head, proud of herself, and then trotted over to the wolf. She had saved her friend, and betrayed her hunter. She barked happily.
As CW peeled off a sticker for Roxi, he glanced at Rusty.  "I showed teeth again, didn't I?  Poor guy.  Maybe I should get Sara to talk to him or something."

"Maybe I should take over the stickers for you, Mr. Tiger," the squirrel volunteered.  "You could point out the newly approved members, and I'll give them their sticker of approval."

CW placed the sticker on Roxi's forehead, and considered this.  "Alright.  Just make sure none of them think of you as food."

"I'll let them know that if they eat me, you'll eat them," Rusty said simply.

"No!" CW said quickly.  "No, Rusty.  That'll just make it worse!"

Rusty shrugged.
Having come into the fray later than most he just stares at the goings ons for a short while to familiarize himself with what is has been happening in his absense.  Finally satisfied that he has a basic understanding of the situation, he pads up to the winged tiger and squirrel.  Flicking an ear he greets them, "I would be wanting one of those there stickers, if I may."  He grins at Rusty waiting for his approval.
The skellywolf leaned in her blanket covored chair. She had one hind paw up on her desk and her keyboard pulled into her lap. A crinkly straw from her soda was poking out of her teeth. Wolfy T. squinted her sockets at her screen, flitting through pages and pages of arguing text. A smile flashed accross her almost permanently grinning face.

"Ah..." Her voice was scratchy and hollow, as most skeleton voices are. She brushed her wild inky mullet out of her face with a skeletal paw and continued to read. "Well bless my non-exsiting heart...seems like we're in fer a change!"

She sat upright and placed the keyboard back on the desk. "I figure it's time I come outta retirement." She gave her almost ratty tail a swish. "Better get back into shape first though." She gave her shoulder bones a bit of a roll and cracked her spine. "Blast those butter cookies..."

With her bones clattering as always, Wolfy the Twisted, TIB's only Skellywolf, trotted into the topic and glanced around at the creatures that were gathered there.

"Howdy!"
"Spots!"  Rusty was happy to see her friend, and peeled a sticker off of the page.  In her haste, she tripped over her own paws, got tangled with the sticker, and ended up rolling to a stop, a tangle of squirrel fur and sticky glue, with a sticker attached for good measure.

"Looks like you're approved, Rusty," CW quipped, and applied a sticker to Pardo's forehead.  "I'll leave you in the care of Pardo while I go and meet the other candidates..."  The ending s trailed off as he realized there was only one other candidate at the moment.  His eyes brightened when he saw who it was.

"Wolfy T!" the tiger exclaimed.  "I love your art.  And it looks like art isn't your only talent!"  He peeled a sticker off the sheet and put it over a smooth spot on the Skellywolf's skull.  "It's good to see you around!"

With that, the tiger wandered around TIB to catch up on a few days of posts he owed the various boards.
Had the skellywolf eyes, she would have rolled them up to see her new sticker. She waged her rat-like tail again.

"Gehehe...Thanks CW! We should talk more!" insisted Wolfy. Seeing as she got the prize she sot after, the skeletal creature turned on a paw and clattered her way out of the topic, off to create mayhem *cough* er share happiness elsewhere....with cookies and what not. Everybody likes cookies.
He's torn between his delight in seeing his friends again and assisting Rusty in her plight.  His ears flick from side to side as he splits his attention between the sticky squirrel and the greeting tiger.  "Er, yeah, thanks.  But wha-" He isn't given a chance to continue being as the tiger is distracted with someone else.  His decision made for him, the now somewhat confused snow leopard returns his attention to Rusty.  "Hey there, my squirrelly pal.  I see you've got yourself in a bit of a situation. Would you like some help getting out of it? I could even attempt to clean you up a little."  He tilts his head. "Just please tell me that stuff tastes good...or at least not too bad."  Glue was never something he'd held an interest in eating, even as a cub.  Once upon a time, he did know some types that enjoyed the stuff, but then he never understood them.
Dark eyes started to glow from the darkness of the forest. A lone figure weaved around the trees. It was a wolf.. she picked up her pace quickly.. starting to move faster and faster and faster until she was running her full spead. She kept looking back trying to see if anything was following her. Suddenly, she stopped, sniffed the air, and gave a rather large sigh.. she felt safe again under the protection of the moon. So tired the lone wolf ploped on the ground, and until the morning she would stay in that spot and rest.
"I shall let her run" the tiger thought as she leisurely stretched her muscles. Chasing wolves is merely a game she likes to play when bored, or is it? She lay down on a rock and gazed over the forest, sniffing the air for any hint of the wolf.
"Meeyyyaa, shes not worth it" and with that the tiger withdrew a giant ball of wool from behind the rock and rolled around attacking it frantically like a kitten.
Panting like mad, "I...gotta....gotta get the wool!?"
Rusty struggled against the sticker somewhat, then gave up.  "Spots... help?  The glue... um..."  Rusty licked it.  "It tastes good, yes it does," she lied.

Meanwhile, in a different part of the forest, the moon shone extra bright, a light of both protection and acceptance, as an 'approved' sticker slowly descended and found its way onto a sleeping wolf's forehead.  Then it seemed to tug at the fur...

"Darn it, I should've thought this through better," CW complained as he tried tugging the string back up, while balancing himself on a thick tree branch.  His attempt to detatch it from the sticker failed, and he dropped the string in a panic when he almost fell.  Clutching the branch with his forepaws, he slowly spread his wings, hoping to leave quickly.  Unfortunately, the branch chose that moment to break, and as a last ditch effort to escape, he focused his magic and disappeared into a portal.

As he emerged on the other side, he couldn't help but think he was seeing double.  He realized what had happened: in his haste to escape the fall, he had blurred his presence in reality somewhat, and could see two possible reality branches, both happening at the same time.  Looking from one to the other, seeing a tiger playing with string in both realities, he found himself unable to choose.  CW tried focusing his portal on the "true" reality, and found himself standing next to the familiar tiger.

"Hello, you must be looking for an 'approved' sticker, Suma!" he said cheerfully, and reached under his wing, but found nothing.  Confused, CW opened his wings up, and poked his nose into the mini storage portal he kept under his left wing.

"Lionel Richie album, orange juice, 'So You Want To Be A Wizard', Lion King fruit snacks, Final Fantasy VII... don't tell me I dropped my stickers when I ported out of there?"

As if in reply, the sheet of stickers fell out from under his right wing.

"Now that just figures.  Sorry to keep you waiting, Suma, here you go!"  He peeled a sticker off and placed it on her forehead.

(Sorry for the delay in approving your post, Suma.  Just so you know, you don't have to post again if your post doesn't appear right away.  Just be patient!  ^^)
He considers this for a moment, and then finally laps out his tongue in a big lick across where the sticker and glue stuck to Rusty.  At the very moment that his tongue made contact his eyes widened and he recoiled.  There was a grimace on his face as if he'd just tasted the very worst thing anyone could ever taste, and it is very nearly possible that he did.  Gagging on the horrible flavor he pawed at his muzzle as if to try to make it go away.

"Gah! Ick!  Ack!  Ugh! Arg!  ACKLE! Cough!  Choke!  Gasp!"  Was all that came out of his mouth in the following moments of despair.  Eventually the flavor wore off, or at least he became used to it enough so that it didn't bother him so much anymore.  Either that, or he was putting on a play to exaggerrate just how bad it actually tasted. Only he could tell you which that it was, and that's not likely to happen.

"Rusty, I do say, that is the most vile tasting stuff I have ever had!  You little lying scamp!" His words carry over an air of humor, though he shows no smile on his face.

"Now then, we've got to find some other way to go about this. One that's not...so icky."  He tells her with a flick of his ear and twitch of his tail.

Then he circles around her as if contemplating the situation.  What to do, what to do.  Finally, he stops, the solution hitting him right  square between the eyes.  That being the brain, that is.  Shaking his head as if he'd felt an actual physical blow, he says, "I do believe I know how to cure you.  All we have to do is dip you in honey.  Fight fire with fire they always say. So we should fight sticky with sticky!" He looks proud as if he'd come up with a truly ingenius plan.
Foxy sniffed around an ally trying to find some food to fill the void in her stomach.Finaly she found a chicken that had only a few pieces ripped off of it.She figured it was dropped on the floor and left there. She trots over to go pick it up when another dog walks up to her and growls. She puts her ears back and her tail down and cautiously drops the chicken. She trys to walk away without a conversation but the dog stopped her .

*looks up at forehead*Cool thanks :D
Lakita sniffed around the dark wet ground she was looking for Kovu her sweet son. She had missed him for quite a few hours. He said he would be home by sundown but earlier that day she heard a loud shot but no yelp following it. She was scared but she wasn't gonna give up on her son. She knew that their was a chance that he could have been shot but she wished all of her heart that he will be ok! She looked around for hours for her beloved son and she relieved that his scent was getting stronger. She saw the sun rising behind the tree tops. She saw her son laying by the old oak tree she started to run. She howled out his name. "Kovu!" He lifted his head in pain. "Mother!" Lakita licked his wound and he said "I'll be alright!"
Rusty was hesitant.  "Honey?  What would... honey do?"  The squirrel struggled for a while longer against the sticker, and gave up.  "Please hurry, Spots."

Meanwhile, CW watched the drama unfold elsewhere in the forest.  A lost son was found again, and he almost started pyrring... except that would've given away his position.  Instead, he cut an Approved sticker from the sheet, and left it beside Lakita, so she'll be able to peel it off later.  He then turned and left, his paws making no sound on the forest floor...
Soo..we have to post here to be approved to RP? Whoa..*gets shakily nervous* So...do we just make up something then?

[Edit by CW]:Yep.  Looks like you've got it!  Something to remember: in this forum, you can't delete posts until they've been approved from the queue, so try not to post two times.  I know it sometimes can't be helped.

*Gulps* Here I go...

Sheba crept quietly around, searching for a small prey object. She spotted a rabbit only feet from her. She tensed, and pounced, sailing through the air...only to be met by Timber. The young wolf had seemingly taken the rabbit's place.
"Timber...what are you doing here? Can't you see I'm busy?" she huffed.
"So-ree. I've been looking for you anyway. Have you seen Hope? I saw her last afternoon but I haven't seen her since." Timber replied.
"No, I haven't," Sheba said, getting up and rubbing her head. "Fine. If I go look for her with her, you leave me alone. Got it?" she said.
"Got it!" he chirped.
The two started off down the path through the woods, eventually reaching the frozen pond.
"OK," said Sheba, "She usually hangs around the frozen lake and skates around, or whatever you young wolves do."
"Hmm," Timber said, lowering his nose to the ground. "Mmm...fish..."
"Fish?! I though we were looking for Hope!" Sehba exclaimed, thwacking Timber on his head with her paw.
"Oww...sorry."
The two continued past the frozen lake, along the snowy ground until then came upon the vast meadow. This was usually the hunter's ground, so they'd better be careful. They walked along, just as Timber darted away from a snare trap.
Clang! The jaws said as they snapped shut.
A little later, in the distance then saw a small bobbing object.
"Is, is that Hope?" Timber asked.
"Maybe, let's see," Sheba said. "HOPE!" she yelled.
The little white wolf poked her head up, but wouldn't come.
"Hope! Where have you been? Come he-" Sheba cu herself off.
They ran too her, and gasped. Hope's paw was caught in the trap. The icy white snow around her was blood stained.'
"Oh, Hope..." Sheba said.
"We'll get you out...somehow..." Timber said.
The two kicked at it, and tried everything they could. Finally, help came - it was Jaggar. He stood on the small hill above them. The eldery, yet wise wolf was always going around teaching the younger ones.
"Caught in a trap...tsk tsk tsk..." he said, coing beside them. "Well, when you're as old as me you figure out how to escape..." Jaggar said. He simply kicked it right uner the jaws, and it popped open.
"Oww...but, thanks all..." Hope said.
They returned to their den, wrapping Hope's injured foot in a few leaves.
"There, you should all be fine now. Sleep good..." Jaggar said, just as the moon rose in the night sky.
*Jaw drops.*  Are you a writer in your spare time, or what?  Hmm... one approved sticker doesn't seem like enough.  *Draws sparkly things on the sticker first.*
Stubi Wun Kanubi had seen better days. The Jedi-Wannabe had spent the last five hours transversing rocky terrain and thick forest, after his small ATV clutch had failed, leaving him, his wits, and the force beside him, to help locate any form of civilization. True, the interally-combusted wheeled vehicle had hardly suited his tastes, as he much would have preferred a land speeder to skim over the rocky countryside, but still, it had sufficed. Now he was left with his own body as a means of transport to guide him, following the will of the force.

The loose brown mahogany clothes seemed to blend within the forest's colours well as he walked briskly, his pale blue eyes darting about to try and find any forms of movement within the local surroundings. The pine needles and dried leaves that lay dormant from the trees above crackled and rustled from the pressure of his feet, the soft Terriani leather boots making easy work of the rugged surface. Any cheaper Symbari or Tatooine clone foootwear could never match Terriani leather for its sheer robust reliablity.

Attached to a leather belt was a metallic hilt, which any race of space faring expidees would immediatley recognise as a light saber. Of course, Stubi Wun Kanubi was aware that this small cylindrical object was merley a dummy, a replica lightsaber which had simillar lines to the Knights of the Old Republic, and was as useless as the dried pine needles which he constantly crushed beneath his feet. Only the knowledge and skills of a Jedi could recognise the weapon as a mere toy, and it was this that kept the young Jedi-Wannabe out of most bar-fights at the local Cantinas scattered throughout the galaxy.

Stubi Wun kept moving fowards, his thoughts calmed as he felt no disturbances within the force. His eyes looked upwards, amiring the beauty of the sunrays illuminating overhead in a golden canopy until the glimpse of a greyish shade caught his attention, and he looked downwards, just in time to notice the tip of a greyish tail passing around a large, aged oak tree.

"Ah! You there!" he beckoned, quickening his pace to catch up with the encountered creature. As he rounded the tree, he was relieved and pleased at the sight of a grey-mottled silver Siberian Husky...just the one he was looking for. He stepped forwards boldy...perhaps too boldy, for a side of his garment became caught in a lower branch within the oak tree, stretching the flexible branch tighter and tighter.

"Greetings husky," Stubi Wun announced. "I am Stubi Wun Kan-OW!"

He cried with sudden shock and pain as the elastic forces of the tree branch were too much for the soft Seelyian cotton fabric to withstand, and the large lowered Oak branch swung back at full force and collected his face with a hard strike of seeds, leaves and bark shreds. Staggering backwards, he held his nose as it stung and throbbed, then righted himself, trying to look as dignified and proud as a Jedi-Wannabe with a badly bruised nose could be.

"I have bin imformbed by a Wooch-kie on the orbital stnashon at Naboo, that I could gain-d access to the eastern-d Imperial blockade with a certain-d blue approval stamp," he explained, his English consanants unclear due to his fingers holding his nose.

"You woudntd happen to d-no where I could find-ed this stamp, would you?" he asked, trying to sound polite and not too nasal in his tone.
The husky nods once, then produces a large stamp.  "Greetings Stubi Wun Kanubi.  Your information is correct, you can gain access to the blockade with this stamp.  Fortunately, you have already passed the test."

Rearing up once, the husky stamps Stubi's forhead and nods in approval.  "Go in peace, and may the force, er, stamp be with you."
A darkish tan colored wolf with black rings outlining her ears, a black heart on each shoulder, and a trio of dots on the right ear had just arrived at this neck of the woods. Her ears twitched, and she whined nervously, as her jade green eyes took in the wolves before her. Kristyn lowered her head, ears pricked forward, and slowly tucked her bushy tail between her legs in submission. Though she was new, she hoped these wolves would accept her. Kristyn further showed that she was no threat by lying down upon her back and showing her light belly fur. If anything, this would prove that she was not here to cause any trouble.

ooc:woo...how's that? =p
I know you're not really supposed to post, but I haven't been added to the confirmed rpers topic..-shrugs-...
Slowly a husky turns around to greet the wolf.  She keeps her tail raised high although her demanor is quite friendly.  She sits by the wolf's shoulder, and raises her approval stamp high.  In a quick, fluid motion, she marks Kristyn.

"Approved!"  Silver barked, grinning cheerfully.

Gah!  I totally missed your post. Sorry about that, I'll add you right away.

He grins at Rusty's confusion and worry at her predicament.  "Don't worry. It'll be okay."  He tells her.  In the next moment there's a flash and a large container of honey sits beside the squirrel.  "Now, as for how this will work, it's very simple really. You see, the stickiness of the honey will negate the stickiness of the glue, and then you'll be free!"  He concludes his explanation looking elated.  Perhaps I should say proud because he does have a rather proud gleem to his eyes.  And with that and a twitch of his tail he lifts the bucket of honey in his jaws, oh yes he got a bucket - he was going all out here, and dumped it over Rusty.  "There now, you see?" He says as he paws at her now completely saturated with honey fur.  Oh yeah, that did the trick...  Oops.
Singe sniffed the ground.  "Ok, I smell blood, it must've happened here." he thoguht to himself, and without a second thought, bounded off with his nose to the ground, stumbling occasionally, smelling the ground.  After an hour or so, he saw a huge dark shape up ahead and a stench filled his nostrils.  As Singe neared the shape, he saw a huge dead wild pig...and next to it, a dead
cougar.  Why was the cougar dead?  Did it have a heart attack or something?  But then the hairs on the back of his neck prickled and the wind howled.  "What?" Singe answered.  "I didn't say anything." answered a voice behind him.  Singe jumped; he had forgotten that his brother had gone hunting with him.  "oh," he mumbled, and folded his ears back, listening.  The wind roared, and he shreiked.  What was going on?  Who was talking?  Beside him he heard his brother pass out.  The wind stopped again, and the air became hot and sticky again.  His fur didn't stop prickling though, and then the wind howled again, the trees' branches diving, his fur blowing back, and everything bacame cold, freezing.  And the last thing he saw was a towering figure above him.
Miroku slowly gazed up at the stars. '' when will the battle with Naraku end, what if we don't make it in time. '' Miroku began to sit back up,he then looked down at the object below him, it was the demon Slayer Sango. Miroku gazed with a sigh and told himself, '' if only you knew I love you, then we could of have a peaceful life Sango '' Miroku slowly walked back to the waterfall so he could practice his skills for the battle with Naraku. He battled all day intill dawn broke. He heard Inuyasha and the others calling him. So Miroku went back to his friends to continue the journey that has only begun.

How was that
[First of all, sorry if I didn't apply for RP approval, and second of all, here's my post]

White Fang, a young black and white arctic wolf, sat in the middle of the snow, he was all alone, he was a lone wolf \, he had no pack and he had few friends.  He decided to take a chance and try to make new friends, he was a big tough wolf but yet he was gentle and kindhearted at times.  He came across Nome, Alaska, where he heard of a wolfdog Balto, who lived there, he wondered if he could fit in that town himself
*Passes out three approval marks.*  Good stuff.  ;)
The black wolf whom was separated from his parents when he was 7 weeks old, roamed the trail in the forest. He needed a best friend from the terrible world he was born into. He was only 2 years old now and needed a mate for survival. He was the only survivor of rabies and distemper. If he gets a mate, he will be a friend will never leave the female's side.
Aru was franticly snarling and biting at the small cage that held him. "Hehehehe you stupid mutt, your going to make me some good money once Im done with you" said a large man in a red sweater. The man was looking down at the young wolf who he recently caught in a forest a few miles back. "yes, yes but what to do with you, you are to normal for my show, we need to spice you up a bit" said the red sweater man once again. The man left the room planning on what he should do with his new catch. Aru was still trying to break free from his cage. He stopped, he was to tired from trying to break the bars with his teeth "What do these humans want with me?" Aru thought to himself with a bit of concern. "Why did this have to happen to me? we were just out hunting like we usually do but why me?" Aru said out loud with a tear running down his cheek. The red sweater man burst through the door startling Aru. "I got it! I know what Im going to do to you now" screamed the red sweater man. Aru began to growl. "How would you like to be the Blue Wolf? It would be splendid dont you think?" Said the red sweater man in a happy tone. "Though we would have to re-dye your hair every few months but it would be worth it". Aru did not know what the man was talking about all he knew was that he wanted out. Slowly the red sweater man opened the cage door. At that instant Aru took advantage of the opening and lunged towards the man, but suddenly Aru felt a sharp pain on his back which he has never experienced before. As he lay on the ground he noticed that the man was holding a club, which he hid behind his back. The last thing Aru heard as he left conciseness was the low laughs of the red sweater man. Aru woke later that night and was held down by chains, but he was hurting to much and feel back asleep. About thirty minutes later the red sweater man walked in "ahh I see every thing turned out perfect". The man looked down at the wolf and was pleased at the sight of what he had done to him. For Aru was now blue, and the man knew that he would draw in a crowed. A once beautiful white and black wolf, was now blue, every part of him was covered in this blue dye. Aru did not know about this though, he had no way of seeing himself in this dark room. The red sweater man was taking off the chains which held Aru down, the last chain was off and he began to take Aru into the other room to put him back in his cage. As the man began to put his arms under the wolf he awoke, Aru jumped out of the way and snarled. "Whoa calm down there blue wolf Im not going to herchya" said the man in a strange voice, he seemed as if he were trying to be nice. Aru still was snarling and the man began to get scared. "Come on blue wolf, its ok I wont hertchya" said the man again. "why is this human calling me blue wolf, my names Aru!" snarling even louder now that the man was disrespecting his name. Red sweater man began to walk towards Aru "come on blue wolf its ok" he said once again. Aru was now furious at the man and charged at him. "YOU WILL NOT DISRESPECT MY NAME ANYMORE" screamed Aru. Aru jumped up at the man making him fall down towards the ground. The red sweater man was now terrified and put up his arms before Aru could bite his neck. The man was now screaming in fear as Aru ripped at his arms "LET GO OF ME" screamed the man. Aru saw his chance of escape, the front door was open, and he could finally be free and re-join his pack. He let go of the mans arm and darted out the door and was happy that he would not see the red sweater man again. He ran for hours and hours that night and was starting to get dehydrated; he stopped, lifted his nose and began to sniff the air. "ahh water not to far off" said Aru wile still smelling the air. Aru ran towards the direction of the smell and soon found a small pond, it was a beautiful scene, the full moon was reflecting off the pond making almost bright in the small opening. Aru walked up the pond and lowered his head to get a drink, suddenly he stopped, a small tear dropped in the water breaking his reflection. He knew now why the man called him Blue Wolf; He knew he could not re-join his pack. Blue Wolf slowly raised his head tears were still running down his cheeks and deep within his throat he gave a long sad howl, unlike he as ever done before.

EDIT: there was a few typo's i had to fix, but its all good now.
(I'm sorry if I wasent Supposed to edit my post yet)
The Maltamute/wolf hybrid charged forward as fast as he could. The steel claws in his feet sending light stings of pain with every leap he took. His cloak was being forced onto his back from the wind that, at the same time, was pushing hard against his eyes, almost forcing them closed on occasion. Still the hybrid continued to force his body forward until he leapt out from the forest into the clearing that the other dogs were at, the wind ceasing all of a sudden. He skidded to a halt and spoke "Did i miss the approval? did i?" with a hard pant.
(Ok im a little bit new at this so i hope you dont get annoyed well i have rp but not here..and i hope you dont mind midevil stuf becuase thats what im all about..)

The White Wolf slowly came out of the forest, her eyes searching. Her pelt was as white as snow, yet her black tipped ears were larger than a normal wolf. Her tail flowed gracefully, her body covered in many scars. Her life had been hard, but she still pulled on. She entrered the circle of wolves, and introduced herself

ok I have one question i have to sample my rpg reply here right for it to be approved, but after i post it will i be able to post in rpg i want?
here is my sample for kodi's search for heritage:

As kodi was eating his stolen treat he noticed a female dog across the street eating from a garbage can. She was obviously a stray and looked alot like kodi except her tail and paws were muddy.
A grey wolf/dog walks through the door "hehe..whoops, didn't see this" he pulls up a chair and sits with the others. He looks around to see who is there "so wassup? How is everyone?" he smiles and leans against the back of the chair, still looking at the others curiously. . . .

Hows that? lol
I approve of the last seven posts
((Hmmm....you know, I RP at a Wolf RP forum...but I think it would be fascinating to have my online fursona RP with Balto and whomever else...hehe... =^_^=))

The winds were calm and the water sloshed loudly, yet soothingly below. The clean air wafted softly through Aneiryu's dark fur as the wolf stood atop a large cliff. Below, roughly one hundred meters or so, was the ocean...cold and dark, crashing about on the craggy rocks in the bay.

Aneiryu was a moderate sized wolf, with almost completely dark fur except for his odd blue markings. A blue line went down the length of his muzzle from his nose and between his eyes, forking slightly above his brows. Within the fork was a blue diamond that lay on top of the mascu's head. Many more markings covered him as well. On his forelegs were arrows with diamonds in their gapping ends and his hind legs catered a blue arrowed strip and his tail had that same blue tip.

Aneiryu had been travelling for days, trying to find his mate. Over a week ago, several humans invaded his den and kidnapped her while he was out hunting for his small family. When he had returned with the food he managed to track down, Aneiryu noticed the fowl stentch of humans as he entered the den. To his everlasting horror, he found his mate was gone. His pups had apparently hidden, so they were thankfully fine. Now, Aneiryu was on a desparate search for his lost love...and that journey had brought him to this cliffside which overlooked a vast ocean of cold water.

Aneiryu sighed heavily. "Where did you go?'' he inquired to no one in particular as he scanned his surroundings for anything that may aid him in his search. Luckily, Aneiryu's best friend, Kurai, had agreed to care for his pups while he was away, so he was not too concerned with their safety...at least...not concerned with their safety being in jeopardy due to their father dragging them along on this mad hunt.

((and so on....lol....I had better stop there or I will never finish. ^^;; LOL!!))
*Stamps a red Approved on the black wolf's head*  That was a nice read Aneriyu.
A gentle breeze carried a young wolf preys sent through the cold waistland surrounding to a nearby starving dark toned huskey that has been abandoned through a tragical loss of his human. Swiftly the dark toned one made on his way hoping to find food and a place to rest himself as the night was almost upon him. Silent howls could be heared from distances left into the sky by numerous wolves. Making paste the toned huskey makes it to the forest where the tempting sent of food has been his only companion tortureing him along the way but giving him strength and hope to carry on. Causiously he enteres the tall darkening forest having not the slightest of ideas what would be expecting him ahead.

(Was that enough ? Or i should try to do it better ?)
Dang, Aneiryu...very nice indeed....you should make that a story. lol
*rubs red mark on head* Er...thanks!  :;): hehe... *goes off to RP* =^_^=
The ebony colored lupine sat and watched as others of her kind walked together in harmony. But something was different about them that made her an outcast: the red stamp on their foreheads.
She sighed heavily as she continued her silent guard on the numerous amount of wolves with that symbol of acceptance; Oh, how she envied them! Every moment when she thought about gathering her courage and making new friends, she always thought negative. "What if they don't like me?" Juuchan would think. "What if I don't belong with them after all?" She would then turn back around to the entrance of her dark, gloomy cave and cry.
She was a coward. A cowardly wolf meant to be scorned by her kind. She was never meant to be one of them.
Then, what kind of wolf was she to become?
Suddenly, her mind cleared as she asked herself the question that she never thought about asking in the first place: "What does that stamp mean anyway?"

(I hope that's good enough for you; I've never done roleplay before! :D )

EDIT: Is anyone going to approve this or not? :(
Flash crouched low to the snow-covered ground, her eyes locked on a furry grey shape ahead. A sly grin found its way onto her face. This dog was so perfectly unaware...
Shaking, anticipating hind legs kicked the dog forward. She bounded clumsily several yards of the way, struggling with the deep snow.
Unfortunately, the dog had heard her. He turned around, an eyebrow raised.
Flash stopped in her tracks, wobbled a bit, then got her balance in order once more. Her face fell.
"Flash," growled the dog, laying his ears back. "I know what you were up to."
"Party-pooper," muttered the mutt. "You always spoil the fun."
This made the dog roll his eyes. "You always have too much fun!"
Flash grinned as she continued her former task of leaping on the big grey dog. "Aw, Krammer, you can never have too much fun!" She put her forepaws on his massive shoulders and grasped an ear in her mouth, giving it a playful tug.
"Off!" Krammer barked, shaking madly to free himself.
Flash frowned. "You stink."
Err, sorry Juuchan17 for not approving you sooner.  You are approved.

NeonFlash, you are also approved
Sorry, I already posted an rp (I deleted it)... how stupid of me! Really, I'm sorry, but anyway, here it goes:

(Please don't copy this)

Deep into the frigid dawn a lone black wolf swaggered into the shadows. She limped on one hind leg, flicked one tattered ear. The savage grimmace of the mountainside glared down at her, just as always. On the western peak she could see the rising sun, red as raven's blood, seeping into the night.

Her heart was racing and her sides were aching. Eternal pain, eternal life. That was what she had agreed to. Her own pride had bound her to this earth.

Her feet were caked in mud and beaten raw, and her fur was matted with blood. Why had she chosen this? She often wondered herself, and then the black eagle would appear, studying his darkened refletion in her ice-blue eyes, reminding her.

*But today that would change.* she thought to herself. Nothing could stop her. Spirits never die.

EDIT: Umm... oh yeah: TA-DA! :D Lol, but really, I know this is a rather dark piece, but what can I say?

EDIT 2: When I get approved (if I do) do I need to check back here or will I get a pm?
*stamps a red approved stamp on Nashoba's head*
Yipeeeee! I'm new and approved! *Looks in mirror at red stamp and does the interpretive happy-hula*

Thanks so much, Coasterfreak!:D :D :D
Hi I'm new at this. This is my first time posting an RP. So hear it goes.

It was a dark spring night. The Indian Rains had forced a large pack of Clouds to cover up Isle Royale. There thousands of wolves were getting ready for the heavy rains. They headed toward thier dens, to wait out the long storm that was ahead. This one wolf Sedra, did not know why the others were fleeing into their dens.

She had recently been a companion by another alpaha wolf, but left him. Now it was a couple months into her incubation period, and the pups were getting ready to come out. With the crack of thunder and the sight of lightning she knew what was coming and headed for her den.

It was empty, and twice her body length. feeling groggy, she started to fall asleep and waited for the moment.

After an hour Sedra had felt her first contraction. She pushed out. With each push she forced harder and harder. Until, out come her fist born. She bit the umbilical cord and laid her first pup next to her belly. The pup wiggled aroung until it found a teat to suck on, and peacfully waited for its brothers and sisters.

Another hour later her second pup came out. Then a third. Then a fourth. Then a fifth, and finally a sixth. Each came out at one hour intervals. She bit the umbilical cord of her last pup and brought it to her belly.

Now Sedra was feedind all of her six pups. Each squirmming around to find the most comfortable position, and a teat to suck on. She would soon let her new family be seen by the world.

Sedra, the wolf of Isle Royale

"Wolfen~ wags his tail and waits to be approved."
You don't have to post here anymore.  But, I'm surprised that you're a good roleplayer.  To me, I think you would make it.  :)  I made it in July alrighty.
Thanks for telling me that i don't have to post here Dayami, but i really enjoyed wrighting this RP. I think i like writing RP's now.

Thanks

Wolfen~ wags his tail very quickly!!:D
Wolfen, I approve of your post.  *Stamps an approved stamp on Wolfen*.  You did really good.  I also welcome you to this forum.
Well! I am coming back to this forums, many people may know me as BLACKFIRE and you could know me by my old sn, PsychicFox2302. Anyway, I feel the old times coming back to here,.. where everthing in my life are here. Anyways, see you later.
Welcome back Black Thunder.
So, why don't you have to post here anymore?
You do have to post here.  The thread I posted meant that Silver turned off the requirement that CW or I has to manually approve every post.  Before, anything submitted to this forum was sent to a virtual holding area until CW or I could get around to looking at it.  I was not quite clear enough.
ok thanks Coasterfreak!!:D
How often do we have to post in this place? Been somewhat interested in posting here, or see if I can get approved, but can't say if I'll be posting a whole lot.
There is no rule on how often you have to post. Feel free to post as much or as little as you want.  The only thing I ask is that each post contains a paragraph at minimum.
OCC: How many sentences would be considered a paragraph?

RP: An antho fox named Vulpe enters the room with something in each hand. One hand, he's carrying a guitar case, bass guitar; in the other, a Crate amp. Setting the amp down first, Vulpe then carefully lays down his guitar case. Plugging in the amp, he pulls out a five string bass guitar and hooks it up to the amp. Turning the power switch to on with his foot, he adjusts the volume to his liking and hope it doesn't bother anybody else. "Hope you don't mind me playing; I'm not Cliff Burton and I feel I'm okay." Starts playing his bass..
