Observation: Everything i will post here was made by me so please no copy&paste and we will be all fine!!
All these poetry i will add here was in romanian so i think thatwhen this is translated in english it loses its rime but keeps the message that i wanted to send.
The book will be up later because i have the hard and arguious work of translating the book.
The book in short is about this:
The life of humans and animals in the comunist era from 1984-1989 when the comunist party falled and "Nicu" got shot.

At time's mercy we all are
Like the sycle trough the harvest we all fall
Years, mileniums come and go
People come and people go
At time's mercy we all are
Like flowers we all raise, live and fall
Because we all have the same fate
Without changes of rank or fate
We all live and we all die
Because we are not immortal
At time's mercy we all are
The unwiling fate we all wait
Time, dear we dont want to die
Heavy eyes to go to sleep
Old bones can rest in peace
We dont want eternal slumber
Peace of the soul we want to get
And the terrible death to send away!

(a little menalcolic no?)

Wow- that was really very deep. It may not rhyme, but poems don't have to, and it didn't lose any of its potency in the translation process from what I can tell. It's still very powerful. Very good job.

Thanks guys, now im writing more of the book, couldnt find a title however, maby u guys can help?
The story in short is about life for everybody and everything in a communist state.
The problem with the title came from the 4 principal characters, not the one, each chapter describing their life and at the end of the book is the end of communism where all 4 are together

Nice poem!!!!!!!!! I can see that you have a way with words. But for the heck of it, could you write this poem again, but in Romanian, the original language it was written in. I'd like to know what it would sound like in Romanian. Wish I could write like that.

de Georgescu Catalin Ovidiu

La mila timpului noi ne aflam
Ca spicul in fata seceri noi ne plecam
Ani, decenii trec si vin
Oameni mor si oameni vin.
La mila timpului noi ne aflam
Ca florila inflorim, traim si ofilim
Caci avem aceeasi soarta
Fara discriminari de rang sau fapta
Toti traim si toti murim,
Caci nu suntem nemuritori.
La mila timpului noi ne aflam
Soarta cruda ne-o asteptam
Timpule, draga noi nu vrem a muri
Ochi grei sa poata dormi
Oase obosite sa poata odihni
Somnul vesnic nu vrem a dobandi
Pacea sufleteasca vrem a primi
Iar moartea cruda s-o putem izgoni!

Ohhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I see where the poem ryhmes now. Your right, it does ryhme when yourpoem is in Romanian. Thanks for letting me read it. I hope you continue to write, and I hope you talent will bring you far. Keep it up.
