I know what Administraters are, but I have no clue what a Moderater is. So I would like to know, what r they, what do they do, and can ppl who join get that position? HELP!!!!!

Lets a see A Moderator Basically keeps the Order in the Forums.... They ensure people to follow the rules... They have "special powers" like Closing Threads, Puting stickys, I don't know if here they can do announcements.
They can give Warnings to Users when they do something wrong. Warnings are the "punishment" for breaking the forum laws.
How you can be a MOD?
Well This trully depends on the Administration. If I were an Admin, I will pick people that I could trust and I know they will keep the order in the most chaotic situations. Not Everyone can be a MOD, sometimes you need to be objective something that for some people is imposible.
I have some experience as a MOD... sometimes its a nice job, but believe me sometimes... its just too much.
