OK, I was sleeping last night like I normally do, and I begin to have this very odd dream where I'm sitting at my computer looking at stuff on some sort of Amazonish.com website, and suddenly Balto 3 comes up for sale.
However, the description starts going into how the second movie was ill-received and that this one was going to be even more controversial, as it veered away from Inuit spirituality. Instead it was going to have more Christian undertones, of all things. The subname was different; it wasn't the "Wings of Change" any more, but I can't remember what it was. On the cover there were a bunch of owls?
Yeah. It was a really weird dream.

Ah, Christian owls... wonderful.

Weird??? That is not the word for it. I'd call that....................... well.................. OK weird is good for now. *unsuccessfully searches for a better word*

Being a Christain, I'd normally like movies with undertones, or moral values... But, in a movie featuring animals, it would really kill it. *nods*
"Oh, look! Those cute wolves have WWJD bracelets!!"

Well, not to mention that the way Christianity and other religions are set up, they completely screw over animals:
Fill the earth and subdue it! Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and every creature that moves on the ground."
Christianity would be the last thing they'd want to believe in!

Christanity works in RPG video games, but in Balto? O_o; Our favorite wolf dog would fair even worse than he did in the original Balto.

Talk about your personification. Talking wolves/dogs (or owls?) is one thing, but giving Christianity to animals?!? Yeah, I'd have to say that is going a bit too far.

Perhaps it would work..
"In the beginning the Lord said 'Let there be Balto' and there was, and it was good.."
Yeah now that is a religion I could join..

Ugh, a "Balto" religion...that's all this world needs

Baltoism? Could that be a good thing? That has yet to be known ;) But it would certainly be as scary as a Balto musical XD Imagine priests wearing robes with images of Balto all over it.
XD @ Fluke! "And then, the Lord said, let there be Jenna..And there was..and it was good for Balto :P

Now, that is a wierd balto dream. Christian animals...that would be bad.

Well, "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, especially the books, have Christian undertones...

A lot of LotRs is apparently inspired by the WW1 events

I know Aniu, but Christian undertones are the whole plot of LOTR. That's what makes it such a good story.
