Balto 3: any merchandise?

Hello everyone,

This is my first post here and I hope it's not a strange question or anything

...apologies
if �it is, but does anyone know if there will be any toys or other merchandise �(especially plush toys?) for Balto 3? I hope so! I would love to see some new merchandise released!

We haven't heard of any merchandise for now, and in the italian contest, there are only the movies to win. We'll have to wait to see if Universal will make merchandising on the film or not...

As for Balto 3 merchandise, my hopes are fairly low. Other than the movie, there was almost nothing for Wolf Quest merchandise. People in the UK got a pencil case with the movie, and that's about it. No plushies, no soundtrack, no posters, no cheap plastic toys, nothing. I fear the same thing will happen with Wings of Change.

I wonder if there is a way to get the word out to Universal that fans are interested in merchandise as well as the movie? =/

I don't have much Balto merchandise, only the DVDs and the soundtrack, so I'd like some merchandise if it were produced for B3. �But what about a letter (formal- not email) to Universal? �Or maybe a petition??

Also I really hope their is some merchandice coming out with Balto 3 Wings of Change. I even hope the DVD is in my reach. I can't even get a Balto VHS or Balto 2 DVD in my town I got all my stuff off ebay except my balto 2 WQ VHS that I got in Costco.

That's disappointing that there's been so little merchandise...I've wondered too if there's anything fans can do to let Universal know we are interested in merchandise too. I tried calling their mail order department (at their parks) in the past but they said they didn't have anything but the movie itself. Once I even tried contacting Equity Toys (I think that's their name - not sure - the makers of the original plushes) when Balto 2 came out and asked if they would be making any plushes for Balto 2. But they didn't reply.

Oh well...maybe *someday* there will be more...wishful thinking I know.

Anyway, thanks again everyone for the welcomes, and sorry for the strange question!

Land before time got some merchandise I think; and Universal didn't expect Balto 2 to be such a success. Perhaps this time it will be different. I'm not too much interested in the marketing things, I must say. I prefer that they spend their money on the film itself...

right. and if they did make plastic toys, it be at denny's or a resturant we don't have -__-;
if anything, wendy's "might" get toys, but who knows..

Perhaps they will wait to see how B3 sells before making merchandise, who knows?
When a movie is well known (which unfortunately isn't the case for Balto) they can make merchandise at any time...
