I'll be happy if they stay in Nome for a little while. They need to focus more on existing characters rather than create new, superficial ones. Jenna really got the boot in Balto 2. She's Aleu's mother but she was barely recognized. And what the heck happened with Steele and the others? And why can't I keep my posts short and simple?!
guys, bad news, there will be singing, but as for the animation detail...unknown, >_<
I'm just hoping that the animators and script writers don't ruin Jenna as much with this one. I mean, Balto's transition was noticeable but tolerable in my book, Jenna's was simply unacceptable.

they need to draw jenna the way the drew her in the first balto movie, she was beautifuyl in the first one but looked middle aged in the second one, the singing makes it suck. as for steele and his gane, i'd love to see them come back. who knows, steele may be a daddy and aleu may fall in love with one of his pups.
Ha! That's funny 'bout Steele and Alue! I like music! And singing! And all that good stuff! What are you guys, nuts!?!?! I loved the two songs in balto two: The Great Design and Muru's Chant. Jenna looked like she had died and come back to like in WQ! Seriously, she did! Balto looked like he got really fat too. I hope number three rocks my socks the way number one did.
I am looking forward to balto 3. I liked both the first and second. I dont believe I will have the time though when the third comes out. But I do hope I can see it.
Well,I can do without the singing.But the characters should very well remain the way they did in Balto 1.I mean,what is that THING they called 'Jenna' in the second movie? Maybe the real Jenna moved to some other town and the one left in Nome is her twin sister of sorts.
I am looking forward to Balto 3, and I hope there won't be any songs, and I would love to see more sleigh dog races.
Hm, maybe the characters were just supposed to look aged. Dog years and human years are a bit different and they never said how far the two movies were apart. *shrugs* but that's just mho

I saw on someone's website that Balto 3 would revolve around Balto's son. Is that right? Sounds to me like their running out of plot ideas.

Look at the bright side... TLK, one of the most brilliant animated films, has its third movie about Timon and Pumbaa.

Timon and Pumbaa? No way. No. That can't happen. I don't like em. They are really off on sequels these days. That's not even about lions anymore. I didn't even know they were making a TLK 3!
That would be so sad if Balto 3 was about Boris and his migration. It wouldn't even be about wolfs and dogs anymore, it would have 'gone to the geese'.
If a Balto film didn't have Balto in it, it wouldn't be worth watching. =p
And yes there is a TLK 3 coming, as much as I like Timon and Pumbaa, I don't see why the movie revolves around them. I mean they had their own TV series that lasted 3 or 4 years, and that pretty much covered their history.
Anyone who can make a movie out of Boris and his family must be nuts!

Well, I think Balto 3 is digitaly animated like the second movie. I don't know, thats just what i heard. i agree with Kaynine it kinda does sound like their running out of plot ideas. Well, they just might need to use their brains a bit more. i also am thinking of what Balto's son's name is and what he will look like. Though i think we will see Aleu again.
Like I've said before, I have a hunch that Balto's son will be one of the pups from WQ, now an adult, considering that his voice actor, Sean Astin, is in his thirties.
I wonder if any other origanel balto characters will appear in the 3rd. I agree with you Anuil. I also have a feeling that one of his sons will appear in it. Being an adult as you said.
I believe Balto only had one son. Although the more I think about it, the more I become curious about how his son would look as an Adult.

If he does, I hope he at least has good looking adult character design. Perhaps, it will be like what Silver Wolf drew. After all, Snowy drew a picture stating the possiblity that Balto's mother could have been the white wolf, and then we had Balto 2. ;)
I'm picturing a Jenna-colored Aleu, except with smaller eyes and a stockier build...
I'm sort of looking forward to Balto 3. I just don't know what to expect, considering the way Balto 2 came out. ;) Can I stalk the animators if the animation in Balto 3 sucks? Hmm? Pleeeease? ;) The way Jenna was . . . *Shudders* I can't even describe it. They butchered her. As for what Balto 3's gonna be about . . . Balto's son . . . hmm, he'd be interesting to see.
I'm more concerned with the quality of The Lion King 1 1/2, than the quality of Balto 3, and I'm pretty sure both of them won't be as good as hoped. (I'm also wondering when Chrono 3 will be announced, if ever. Too many sequels!)

Yes, it's a movie about how Timon met Pumbaa, never mind the fact that it was explained in the TV series.
As for Balto 3, I guess the moral is, don't get your hopes up too high.

Yay! *Clickies as well*I can't wait for Balto 3, I personally hope they will keep it the same as the 2nd. I mean, not with all the characters looking different and everything, but with the Native theme. Don't flame me, it's only MHO... 
Can't wait for it too. But I gonna watch on TV first then buy it, if its good.
I could careless if they're running out of plot ideas, as long as the movie is good, I'm happy. The simplest of plots could become a great movie while a complexed plot could become a crappy movie, depending on whoever works on the movie.

it would be weird if they made them stay in nome now not that i dont want them to but they should of shown some of the first dogs in #2 if they want to come back to nome. Right?
I went to this site and they said that B3 was going to be about balto's son. I'm gussing that Balto's son is gonna be from his 2nd litter becuase all balto's other sons that look like Jenna and are gonna be all grown up and boring and plus they all have homes and they all have no reson to go on a quest or run away or anything exiting like that. 
Balto's son will supposedly be from the first litter, and will thus look like Jenna. And who needs a reason? Balto 2's premise didn't exactly make much sense. If they want this dog to run away, they'll think of some silly and unlikely reason for him to do so.
Ooooo, maybe they'll have Balto's son become a sled dog. I think it would be interesting to see him go through the process of training and all that!

Hmm...not sure, I had the site somewhere. Actually, I think it was previously mentioned in an earlier post. I'm not sure where it is, though. The site that I've seen is the one about the interview that mentions B3 a few times.
For those of you who do not like WQ: What do you think about it as a movie...not a sequal (I didn't spell that right, did I?). Personally, I like WQ as a movie about change of families and about wolves. Heck, I even like some of the songs. Although, I do agree that it would be better without any songs like those.
However, I don't like the fact that it is Balto's sequal. Too many things are wrong with it to be the sequal. So, I've got mixed feelings about it. I'll probably have them about B3, too. But I can't wait until it comes out.
