hi i am gona make a little research with song is best in wolf quest type them in order like 1,2,3,4 etc.. i hope many will write in :)
"Who You Really Are" for sure. That song was so beautiful, it's a real tear-jerker. And the scene that goes along with it is amazing. So much colour.
I simple just LOVE "The Grand Design", though the song could've been better (like if were written by Steve Mac and Wayne Hector), it was so inspiring to me.

It sorta gave me the feeling on what wolves feel...actually I'm writing a song about how it feels like to be a wolf  ^_^
I would say "Taking you home" that is one of the best in there and also "Murus Chant".  They both had really good beats to them.
i agree to that :)
Me to I like Murus chant and I like who you really are
it was really colourful :p
I'd have to say Muru's Chant is my very favorite, but I like all of them. :)

This reminds me that I should record Muru's Chant again (my old copy had a skip)

Gah, I really need to work on that dern archive.
I liked Muru's chant.I think taking u home was sad cause nobody takes Alue and she looks like she really wants a home. :(
good.

i wonder why no one takes Aleu cause if i got to choose i woud choose a wolf like dog. and she was cutest of all puppies.
Hmm...I'd have to say that "Who you really are" is my favorite because I felt it was beautiful.

As for why no one took Aleu, I think that is because back in that time, people still feared wolves, hence the distrust that all the humans had towards Balto. Although, I agree with you; I would have adopted Aleu BECAUSE she was most wolf-like. And you're right, she was the cutest...and very energetic, too.
I like"Who you really are"But the other song I like is"Muru's chant" There both very beautiful songs(and chants)
Muru's Chant^^
I'd say either "The Grand Design" or "Who You Really Are", but I can't decide for sure.
LOL There are only 3 songs so not much to choose from. I can't say a favourite as I don't really like any of them, but my least favourite would be Muru's Chant cos it is just too cheesey. The other area bout neck and neck on the cheese factor though.
I love "The Grand Design" because it wasn't cheesy.the other songs were cheesy.

I kinda feel the way you do, Fluke. When they hit the chorus for the third time I thought "Uggghh, just let it end already..."
I'm more in to instumentals anyway. Less voices and more music I say. I do have some exceptions to the rule though.
Such as "Reach for the Light."
Reach for the Light was admitidly cheesey when you read the lyrics, but it wasn't too bad... not bad that is till the stupid children started singing out of tune. You think Universal with all its money could afford talanted children if any.
You hit the nail on the head, Fluke. Don't you just love it when little kids attempt to sing in these songs and are absolutely horrible? *sigh* That is one of the few things that just really bug me.

These reason I like orchestras and such is that it can only be cheesy if it is extremely repetitive.
Luckily there was the short version of "Reach for the Light". ;)
Hmmm..."Reach for the Light" was a good song, in my opinion. Although, I do think it would've been better without a children chorus like that. Ya' think the'd be able to get an adult one, at least.
i have listened to all songs both in my language (swedish) and english and i musst say that thy have "cooler" voices if you listen to some of them in swedish. i think WHO YOU REALLY ARE in english was bether in english in some parts.
In Swedish? Freaky...I'd like to here that.
thy dont sound good if you cant speak swedish (maybe, its my guess after trying to listen to a spanish song)

any way, thy have cooler voices and its transulated diffrent so its like a whole new song.
That's probably true. Although, sometimes I listen to songs just for the melody and the way it sounds, not just the lyrics. I mean, I can't speak Japanese to save the world, but I have a few soundtracks of some anime's. Some have Japanese lyrics that I don't understand. I simply like the way it sounds. Maybe I'll check out different versions of the songs in WQ or whatever. ???
I like 'Who You Really Are'  ...... That's a goodie song
if you find them on sweddish tell me where cause i have been looking but i cant find them.

Same thing
i liked them all, i didnt think it makes sense for muru to have a speaking and singing voice if one of them is smaller (the speaking I mean)  I just dont get this casting thing really
I also liked The Grand Design
I like Taking You Home I think it's such a cute and loving song
I simple love GRAND DESIGN! AND IT REMINDS ME, I SHOULD HEAD OFF AND WATCH BALTO MOVIE AGAIN AND BALTO: WOLF QUEST TOO!
I like Grand design, Who you really are, and Taking you home. I can't really decide which one!
Usually I don't like songs in animated movies very much, and particularly in these video sequels. Moreover there wasn't songs in the first Balto (except for Reach for the light) So it's a bit surprising that, in fact, I like them all. Perhaps they're a bit cheesy but still much better than the average songs in this type of sequel I think.
Who you really are, Muru's Chant, and Someone taking you home...

Those are pretty good to sing with

I sing with the songs... Whoops  :D
To me, "Taking you Home" and "Muru's Chant" were pretty touching, but my favorites are "Who you Really are" and "The Grand Design", since I felt the character's emotions more, which, to me, makes them a step above the other songs.  However, I can truly say that I liked "Reach for the Light" better than the songs in Wolf Quest.

Same thing happened to me, And i agree in that Reach for the light (With chorus and all =P) is better than the songs in WQ
Taking You Home really touches my heart when I see all the puppies getting homes and then Balto and Jenna cry because for happiness and sadness. The only part I hate in Taking You Home is that Aleu doesn't get picked.

Also I like the Grand Design because it also really is a touching part. It talks about who you think you are and who you really are their can be difference.
I'd say "Who you really are..." Is my fave song!
who you really are, just cuz it fits with the whole native american theme they had going on.
I like "taking you home" in wolf quest and i liked reach for the light except i dont fancey the children singing eithier, kinda ruins the song
'Who you really are' is my favourite too. It's pretty catchy, but a little too short?
Cool song I like it.
"Who you really are", because it went very deep. It also involves Animal Medicine, I think. It is important as a concept, as well as finding yourself.
hmmm hard to say I call really say is that my favorites (equally) are Who you really are and The Grand Design.
