Does anybody in Europe or Asia have Balto 3 that will work on US VCRs or DVD players. Just wondering...If anybody does please post here!Thanks!

Does anybody have balto 3 that will work in us?

Well, it depends if you mean that you want a version you are sure to be able to play or not. If that's the case, then there's no US version out yet, or any version compatible with the US standards.
I'm not sure about the video tapes, but I think it's the same as the DVDs (I mean that the american standards are different from every other country in the world : NTSC for the video tapes and Region 1 for the DVD)
However, it's still possible to play imported videos or dvds on a US hardware, but you might encounter problems. I've listed a few on this page of my site :

I'm sorry to disappoint you but I don't think that any European DVD will work on US DVD players. Altough you own a player where you can watch every DVD no matter which code it has.
