hmmmmmm i guess i can see why.i mean the bear SUCKED!!!
it shrunk aswell.as for Balto when hes under the water if u look closely his back legs goes all mad.Alue has a weird bug thing on her eye where Nava speaks.Nava's foot is strange during the wolf song.And Jenna was a puppet i think.Boris was to skinny and Nijus head was to big sometimes.Muk and Luk were smaller than in the first and didn't move in the same way as they did in the first.But i still love the movie.

I think the raven was animated best. And I agree wholeheartedly with Whisper; the bear was horrible.

the Raven was the best animated and also in the frist Balto, Balto howled now in Wolf Quest he dosen't even howl what is up with that
no one was animated well, but I guess you cant blame these animators for having to work on a cheapquel. For one thing I didnt think it was necessary for all of that CGI stuff on the raven when he appears in scenes that arent even dreams

Yeah, I'd have to say the Raven was best animated. The only one that I don't think ever had a blooper. Probably because he was only on for a few seconds then disapeared again.
The greatest one is the raven. Even though, it comes out as Aniu later in the movie. But, yeah... The Raven's cool *dewclaws (thumbs) up, winks*

I'd have to say the raven, since it looks like the animators took more time on it's animation. The other characters' animations look pretty standard.
If you take screen caps or look at screen caps about 80% of them are inconsistent throughout the movie. The bear scene, imo one of the worst, has so many bloopers in it almost every frame is inconsistent.
Yes, the bear scene is far the worse I have ever seen in an animated movie...this scene looks like a cartoon on TV! They should have put original stuff here instead of copying the bear scene from the first.
