I've seen this site before, a little more than a year ago. Since I last saw it, it's grown tremendiously. So there's a very godd chance that will probably be the sequel's title. But i'm just speculating, don't hold me to anything. ^_^;
I had been hoping for a prequel, but this doesn't really sound like prequel material. But the title is very cool, and it makes me excited for the movie anyway.

I don't know Ag maybe they will leave it in just for you.
Ag>No way are they gonna leave it out.You know how they like to ruin lives.

This time, their only order was probably to write something that makes general sense involving Balto and a child of his. Their draft review was probably done by Microsoft Word, in the form of spell-checking.
From what we've heard, Balto 3 will focus on Balto's son, who we didn't even know existed until now, and will have songs. We don't yet know if the characters will sing the songs, but my guess is that they will.
The moral of this story is this: the original writers historically have written for a younger audience, working on the likes of "Beethoven" (the dog) and a "Barbie" movie. They only managed to produce Balto while being influenced by people with much darker, more adult inclinations like Spielberg, thus producing something in the middle that's great for both children and adults. Now, they are under no such influence. It will be campy and kiddy.
And it will have singing.

I have a feeling we DID know that Balto's son existed: he is played by Sean Astin, who is in his thirties, so it is pretty obvious that his character will be an adult. Therefore, he must be one of Jenna's pups from WQ, now all grown up. That's what my hunch is.
As for the singing, that won't bother me one bit, since I happen to like films and cartoon shows aimed at younger audiences(I watch them all the time). I don't necessarily want a film replicating the style of "Balto"(it would be nice, but it won't happen, and I'm OK with that). All I want is for the original characters to have some semblence of their original personalities. If they don't, I'll live with it and appreciate the film for it's good points. I'm not worrying much about that though, since I'm confident that it will be a good movie, at least from my point of view.
I repeat, the songs will not be a factor in my enjoyment of the movie. :wink:
With rant aside, I would like it if the movie turned out to be a "prequel within a sequel", i.e. Balto would have a conversation with his son, which would lead to Balto having and discussing flashbacks from his past. But, this is only hopeful speculation which likely won't happen. But I'm still hoping for a snow-filled third movie, like in the awesome "Balto III" dream I had last night. :biggrin:

As for the sequal bussiness It may be a tad different. I've seen crappy disney sequals but I've never seen them actualy do a third. Maybe balto 3 will break new ground for sagaizm...yeah.
Also, several months ago I had a different B3 dream, which also had lots of snow. In this dream, I went to a website and it had screengrabs from the movie. The characters looked like they did in "Balto", and the style seemed very similar to the original as well. One shot showed Aniu next to a snowdrift, and she was indeed the White Wolf, since she actually looked that way.
Those are the only B3 dreams I can easily remember. I wish I had them more often.
