Wow, I guessed right! February 2005, 4 months to go
It's strange, I came on this page every day since a month, and today I didn't, and today they are updating it

Strange . . . They don't have the cover art yet! Hopefully they won't change it from what it is overseas. I like that cover a lot!
Yay! I can buy it with my birthday money! w00t!
(Just hope that no one buys the newest LBT movie in January . . . Invasion of the Tinysauruses . . . WT . . .Crap?! *faints* Save your money for some Balto and Kodi fun! *whee*)

That site must not allow direct linking. I've saved the pic to my computer and resized it:

Looks the same as the European cover. 83-106196071620 Oct 2004, 05:46 UTC
I figured it would be in February, about 3 years after Balto 2's release. (Has it really been that long? Time sure does fly.) I see that it's not in wide screen, which is a little disappointing. Other wise, I'm excited. As extras don't make a good DVD, the movie does.
I just have to make sure to set aside some cash for it. I predict another volume of a favorite anime will be released in same month. So there will be much to look forward to.

Thank goodness! I was afraid Universal was gonna go crazy on the cover (like they did with WQ . . . cute yet terrible . . . ).
At least it looks nice with all English on it! (YAY! )

83-106196074120 Oct 2004, 11:55 UTC
you know what the sad thing is.. I almost forgot what happened in Wolf Quest :???: :???: :0 maybe that's a good thing
76-106254582320 Oct 2004, 12:45 UTC
I think that's a good offer for the DVD..the first two were about the same...but cast aside the cost because I can easily cover that part..And thank god the cover art isn't any different than europe's..because the last two cover's designs bothered me very muchly...I will be all over this when it comes out next year in stores..

I hate the new covers. They look awful. They should have recycled the old 95 cover for the original.
115-108568278520 Oct 2004, 17:54 UTC
I like this cover much better than the previous ones, and I think it's better than the 95' one because it looks very old now for a cover. It's the first time that Universal has kept the same cover for every country (by the way, the cover on which Kodi was yellow has completly disappeared, and no country got the dvd with this cover...)
The main thing I'm wondering, is if it will sell well in february. Does someone know what are the animated movies planned for this month in the US? Maybe mulan 2? I hope it will make big sales, because it's really worth it, especially compared with WQ. Uh, was there a Balto 2, by the way?
I've already said this, but...the B3 soundtrack ROCKS!!!! (Note: I haven't read Acanis' review, and won't until I make my own review )

Yes, Mulan II will be released in the US in February, along with Pooh's Heffalump movie, so I guess that Balto III will sell pretty well, since it the competition won't be too much to handle. And it's great to hear that the cover with a yellow Kodi is gone! Wonder why it was released early in the first place...
Finally! A release date! Thanks, Lowes4803! I still don't understand why the US was so far down on the release date list.66-109650395320 Oct 2004, 23:17 UTC
YAY! only only like 4 months to go, I was scared it was going to be more like half a year. I'm going to preorder it as soon as I can.

Good to hear there is finally a release date. Much as I want to see the movie now, I can wait February 1, 2005.
It may be just a coincidence, but did anyone else notice that this movie is being released the day before the 80th anniversary of the completion of the serum run.

*nods* indeed I did....cuz I have no life and keep tabs on such things...though I think Fluke knows a heck of a lot more than I!
lol! I do think they did that on purpose....also...I'm not sure, but isn't that close to or on the same day that the original came out? Not sure....
83-108302525622 Oct 2004, 01:25 UTC
The original "Balto" came out late December 1995 I just don't know the spacific Day
80-107376962122 Oct 2004, 16:44 UTC
Ooh, I quite like the Balto 3 cover! I presume the UK one is gonna look the same this time around, despite WQ being different. I also gather it'll be released in the UK in february too, like WQ was.:)

If it's in december, then maybe you should ask for the Balto Collection pack instead (Balto 1, 2 & 3 on DVD), which will be released in november, if you still haven't got the original?80-109198451802 Nov 2004, 04:01 UTC
mmm Good point Steet =P
