Hey just for anyone that would like to,
you can preorder Balto 3 on Amazon.com,or just to look at it.
Here is the link
Amazon.com 83-106196074121 Nov 2004, 15:35 UTC
you like to post don't you
..
guess we'll be getting the same cover as the rest of the world.. I personally liked the Non-US cover of Balto II better than the american one myself..

I think I'll wait, I'm excited and not excited at the same time. So many other things to worry about instead of a movie. I'm not that desperate. (I'm not saying I hate Balto)

Ya, I know how you feel, FireWolf. I think the 'America' of some people in this forum together, the U.S cover should at least try to give themselves something to do. I didn't like the cover of WQ either and it wasn't the best sequel.
As I saw the screenshots, is Universal using a techiqe for Kodi growing up? I think that's fun to watch, Kodi growing up within screens. Like TLK, when Simba was growing up.
Sorry for my nonsence blah blah

Oooh...nice. I dunno if I should pre-oreder it yet, though. I forget if Amazon takes your money right now or when they actually ship it out. I don't remember.
Of course, the day it comes out, it will surely be on the shelves in stores near me, so i may just go out and buy it from one of them, instead. A lot faster that way. 71-110030885621 Nov 2004, 20:05 UTC
I don't mind posting many times. I like doing that

Well, liking double-posting is fine, just don't do it. It's against the board rules here, and Kodi* was just letting us know she didn't do it on purpose.

I'm probably going to pre-order it, because no stores in my area are going to have it. Also I pretty much by everything online anyways, so why not do it now

I'll probably go to a store near my dorm and buy it there when it comes out. If I have the money for it of course!
Not much longer! Just less than 3 months . . . .
100-109832446622 Nov 2004, 03:09 UTC
Lol, I still don't know when it's gonna come out in my country, but I know i will get it somehow, since Balto and WQ came out here last time.;) So anyway, I don't think I'm gonna get it online from Amazon.....I would rather wait.
83-106196071622 Nov 2004, 04:54 UTC
Based on my experiences with getting pre-ordered stuff from Amazon, I think I'll just buy it in stores. Last time I placed an order with them it took an additional ten days after my order. I'd hate to have the same happen with Balto 3. But it's nice to know that US stores finally acknowledge it's existance.
115-108568278522 Nov 2004, 11:51 UTC
The US Balto 3 cover isn't exactly the same, in fact. The colors of the background are more detailed, except from the sky which is all blue on the US one. But the most noticeable difference is Kodi, much more (and too much! ) red on the US cover. There's also the "III" in the title, whereas the european covers doesn't have any number. (probably because Balto is less known here, so people may buy it thinking it's a new movie. People will mostly not buy it if they haven't seen the previous ones...)
BTW, it comes out tomorrow in France.

That's cool. I'll probably buy it at the grocery store since most new movies are half price the first few days they come out. :P

It's better than bright yellow, like some of the early covers. =p\n\n

you know that's very true

I bought the Balto 3 DVD at the local superstore last month, and it was worth the wait!

I got it on VCD last month, and it was worth it as well. I'm definitely going out to buy that DVD on the 1st of February. ^^

Same Here
Just in case Anyone wants to know "Balto 3" can also be orderd in advance from Critic's Choice Video & DVD83-106196071603 Jan 2005, 16:57 UTC
Ever since I pre-ordered DVDs from Amazon, I'm reluctant to pre-order online. It just seems to take longer than actually going to the store and buying the DVD. Do you know what Critics Choice Video delivery times are like?
68-108707261903 Jan 2005, 18:29 UTC
Kodi looks a lot red in that picture... *Sorry for barging again.* My mom doesn't pre-order stuff because she's afraid of it going to be a problem. We're getting a DVD that's on Back-Order which stinks. But, my dad is waiting nice and easy with it.
65-107815589704 Jan 2005, 00:33 UTC
hehe....I haven't had any issues with preordering on Amazon... I preordered the boxed set thingy of Wolf's Rain and it came rather quickly. Though, I must admit I doubt I would have found that any many stores nearby...
Meh...I prolly won't bother preordering it though. I will simply go to my nearest store and buy it on the 1st of February. I have the cash put aside for it. hehe.... 100-109832446604 Jan 2005, 08:05 UTC
I bought most of my DVDs from stores....hmmm...I think the B3 VCD thing is the most recent VCD I bought for 3-4 years...I will get the DVD when its here.

Most of the Time it takes 7 to 10 Days after the Release date for delivery. But sometimes You might get it the day of the Release, or if Your Very lucky maybe 3 or 4 days before the Release. Critics Choice Video is a good company with a wide selection of movies, But if You doin't want to risk wating(Like Me)I'd buy it from a local store83-106196071605 Jan 2005, 06:01 UTC
When I ordered Wolf's Rain, it took over a week from the original release date to get it. I liked saving $20 dollars, but I didn't want to wait that long. So, I think I'm just going to play it safe and buy Balto 3 from the store. But I may save the link for future reference on movies that are already out. ;)
69-106279399505 Jan 2005, 06:16 UTC
I've had the same problem Silver, although I didn't have to wait quite that long. When I ordered some Wolf's Rain stuff (I think my longest wait was for Vol. 4), it took a few days past the release date. It didn't bother me too much, but, then again, it was only the recap episodes.
I already pre-ordered Balto 3 from Universal months ago. If I would've waited, I could've saved $1 by getting it from Amazon. Ah well. What's done is done.

I don't think that Universal care that much for websites...So I'm not even sure that they will make one for B3. Well, there IS a registered domain under www.balto3.com , but I'm not sure that they will put content on it. For the moment, there is no B3 (official) website on the web.
