Pokemon was fine when it had just Blue and Red... then Yellow came out, the next big thing. Sure the annoying little yellow rat follows you around, then what? Well, since we all got bored of that quickly, they came up with Gold and Silver. Oh what joy that brought us! They add 100 Pokemon! How can I possibly remember them all? Then Crystal came out... OMG OMG they move! Then Sapphire and Ruby... what are these things? They look like mushrooms! What's next? Only time will tell, and we cannot bug it unfortunately.
The point is, they added too many "new" pokemon. Variety is good, but too much can be a bad thing. Sure I like the new dragons, and Mightyena too, but thats it out of the 100+ they added. I'll repeat, too much is a bad thing.

Well, I think some of the newer pokmon are pretty interesting. And I must admit I do like the new features. But yeah, another 100+ is over kill in some respects. In the other paw, I do like the new variety, especially since you can't trade "back in time." However, I think if they make another game with another 100+ monsters, I may collapse from the complexity.

I never did a new pokedex for Silver/Gold.... and for Ruby/Sapphire? Forget it.

I *just* started playing Pokemon Sapphire and had a thought. Thye could easily get away with making loads of new pokemon if they only used the new ones in new games.

Isn't that just what they did? Other than a few returns, there weren't very many new monsters to catch. Not like there was in G/S.

While I do think that the Pokmon games get better with time (improved item storage, easier Pokmon PC box options), I was a little saddened with the lack of many, many Pokmon in Ruby/Sapphire, along with a lack of Johto and Kanto. I solved my thirst by replaying my Gold and Blue versions, to much fun as they were the first time around, but I did miss such Pokmon in Ruby/Sapphire such as Houndour, Houndoom, Cyndaquil, Eevee and the 'Eons especially, and most of all, Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. But this problem will be solved; not only will Pokmon Colosseum will have an RPG mode, but there are remakes of the Red/Green versions for the GBA that have been recently been announced. Now I can't wait for that!

I don't think i will wait for them, it's just a waste of time again. Too much of one thing is always a bad thing, no matter how good that thing is, eh? It just so happens, there is too much of 'new' pokemon and with the new versions... new stadiums and arena-like games, I might look forward to it if they made a pokemon game that bases itself in real-time play.

I remember that day about 4 years ago...when I first got my GameBoy color and Blue Version. Ahhh, the good times...then Red Version...then I borrowed and played my friend's Yellow Version. It was....interesting. Then G/S came out...I remember I was very confuzzled with G/S, but now I 'member all them Poke'mons...erm but when Crystal came out I was a bit disappointed because I thought it would be totally different. I played my other friend's Sapphire Version...I was sooo confuzzled. The Poke'mon were all new and freaky, and it was to hi-tech! The first 151 Poke'mon were good, then next 100 were pretty cool since Lugia came ^^ But the NEXT 100 were just too much...and just too ugly and freaky 0.o

I had already gone off Pokemon just after crystal came out, and I was slightly interested to see what new pokemon would be in the ruby/sapphire one's but I never really did see what they all looked like until yesterday when I saw the link, I ddin't even look at the all, but the ones I ddi see I thought were really ugly and stupid, that guy really must be running out of ideas!
