Can't find the coin case in ruby...

I've been playing Pok�mon Ruby a lot more on the road these days. �I'm about to fight the Elite Four, but first, I wanted to do a few side quests before going. �One of them is playing at the "Casino", but I need a Coin Case first. �I talked to the "women next door", but no one seems to have one.
How do I get it, and what do I need to do?

Ooo!! This is so easy, I couldn't resist!
Ok, first off, go get... I think it was "harbor mail"(?), then go to the city/town thingy that sells bikes. the building(with a door) that you first see when heading north is the place you should go. The girl in there asks for the mail, give it to her, and you get coin case!
Sorry, I haven't played for months and forgot all the city names >_<.

Harbor mail? That's it? Thanks a lot, I'll give it a try the next time I pick up my GBA.
