With it being ten years since Balto been released, I just hope to god they don't add in any deleted scenes; if they decide to re-release it with some bonus features. I love what they got now, I don't want them ruining it by adding scenes I don't care for or didn't ask them to put in. I don't care if they add in comments from the producers and cast members, but leave out those "never before scene" footages.
Now that's off my chest...

I would love to see the deleted scenes. I think it would be cool

...WHAT? Are you crazy?
I don't see where would be the problem, if it was in the extras. I would love to see the deleted scenes, and some that we know of looked very interesting. But I know that Universal will never make a collector edition for Balto
Anyway, I have a topic on that on my forums :

I agree with Tala and steetboris. I'd love to see deleted seens from "Balto"

I think it would be awesome if Universal would release a collectors edition, but like what steet said, its not going to happen. but even if they did you wouldn't have to worry to much because if you ever watch a movie with extras it's usally in the exstras section, and not part of the movie. secoundly even if they did add the to the movie, there usally is an option were you can watch it in its original form without the exstras.

I want to see the deleted scenes.

I want to see them too, in the extras, of course.

I don't mind seeing some extra deleted scenes. If Universal was to add too many deleted scenes, then i would probably agree with you vulpe vulpe. But if there are a few extras, i wouldn't mind seeing them, unless there are too much. Anyways, why don't you want to see the deleted scenes? They might add to the story line.

Deleted scenes would be awesome, not to mention optional if you don't want to see them. I'll admit sometimes they can be disapointing (Pirates of the Carribean's ds were mostly that way, except for a couple).

I would love to see deleted scenes. I hardly think they'll add them into the film if they do make a SE DVD, which I doubt, but they'd probably do what most companies do and just used the storyboards and have someone narate what is happening.

I'd love to see a special edition DVD with deleted scenes. And if they do a special edition, I do hope that the commentary not found in the region 1 discs actually goes in too. But the chance of Universal releasing such a disc is slim- they're not like Disney where they rerelease everything on Special Edition DVDs just to drive up sales. Unfortunately, Universal does that by releasing LBT.

Yeah, I'm crazy for not wanting to see deleted scenes.. I don't see how they would do anything to the movie.

There's no commentary on the DVD of the other region too...but there is widescreen and a little documentary. I would love to have some commentaries, as well!83-108302525616 Feb 2005, 06:40 UTC

At the risk of sounding like Kaltag. You said it

I would love to see the deleted scenes! Has anyone seen the one of Star yanking the golden collar off Steele? As much as I like Steele, that was very cool! I would love to see that if they were to come out with some extras.83-108302525622 Feb 2005, 07:56 UTC

I have and it is cool.118-110644348722 Feb 2005, 15:56 UTC
That's one scene I hope they don't add in, it'll destroy the ending and it'll mess up the mystery of what happened to Steele. Wouldn't you rather that part of the movie not be told so you can have some and write up what you think happens?
87-110773702022 Feb 2005, 23:04 UTC
No i have not seen the deleted scene where Star is yanking off the golden collar from Steele. I would like to see it, but i have no idea where. Where did you see it SimbasGuard? Was it in the DVD, or was it just another paraody? Ohh well. Anyways, i hope that thet come up with some deleted scenes.
Wolfen~ thinks hard. 83-108302525623 Feb 2005, 04:56 UTC

I saw it Online at Star's Haven
To vlupe vlupe: If that seen were added to the movie all It would show is that Steele was striped of the Golden Collar. What happed to Him after that would still be anyone's guess.83-106196071123 Feb 2005, 11:26 UTC
I hope for commentaries too!
118-110644348724 Feb 2005, 04:02 UTC
I take back what I said about the scene destroying the ending, but I will say the scene where Star tears off Steele's collar won't do anything to the movie; and I feel it's something that can just be left out. Okay, Star takes off Steele's collar.. So what?

I would like to see deleted items, you know how it goes: A man's trash is another man's treasure.
84-110980270704 Mar 2005, 02:07 UTC
deleted scenes would ruin the movie, the original blato's are the best and i love them the way they are. deleted scenes would ruin the movie because it would ruin the main themes/plots of the movies by making it really confusing.
70-110747806804 Mar 2005, 04:42 UTC
I think deleted scenes would be kinda cool. But I partly agree with Talia White Wolf. It would kinda ruin the movie.
83-108302525604 Mar 2005, 05:53 UTC
Most of the time when deleted scenes are on a DVD They aren't put in the movie just in the bonus features so it dosen't really change the movie at all. You just get to see some things that didn't make the final cut.
115-108568278504 Mar 2005, 08:08 UTC
As long as they don't put them in the film (as they did for one scene in TLK dvd, I believe), I really don't see what could be the problem...
109-110769783804 Mar 2005, 21:08 UTC
do balto 4 next year
70-110747806804 Mar 2005, 21:10 UTC
ya I guess you're right, streetboris.
109-110769783804 Mar 2005, 21:13 UTC
i hope they don't work soft for balto 4

Yes They did alter a scene in The Lion King Special Edition, But it made the movie even better115-108568278505 Mar 2005, 11:13 UTC
If you're talking about the song they added, I really don't think it made the film better! That song is horrible...
109-110769783805 Mar 2005, 13:01 UTC
the song isn't very important!!!!
83-108302525606 Mar 2005, 07:55 UTC
I liked It. I thought the song added more humor.

The song in the lion king special addition. And I hated the song. Didn't make the movie any better, in my opinion.
87-110773702007 Mar 2005, 23:44 UTC
I'm still not sure what song they are talking about?? But could you be a little more desctiptive a too what song it is Funkee_puppee. Sorry if I was offensive.
83-106196074108 Mar 2005, 00:48 UTC
the song they're talking about is called Morning Report sung by mainly Zazu and Simba.. which is basically about the morning report ..
here's a link to the lyrics..
http://www.lionking.org/lyrics/OBCR/MorningReport.html
this song was taken from the Broadway Musical Soundtrack made in 1997.. I highly suggest you check it out. since they have characters sing that don't sing in the movie. Mufasa, Nala, Rafiki etc... note that the voices are different from the movie but you get used to it fast..
