First tell you sister that Balto could never fall in love with a tornado because he is too much in love with Jenna to fall in love with anything else, plus Jenna would tear him to shreads if he did. Now what you do is as soon as you are done talking to her you call a mental institution.

I doubt that would be possible because Balto would be to busy being dead at the time to worry about changing weather patterns..
