Server downtime

Some of you may have noticed the fact that The Ice Cave is down. �The problem is not with my host, but in fact with the company in which I registered my domain with. �Yes, they're two different places, two different fees. �My domain expired on the 14h, but I didn't notice it until yesterday. �

In other words, I had forgotten to renew it ahead of time. �Because I had abandoned my Yahoo! e-mail but forgot to change the address of all my services. �So I didn't read that e-mail on time. �Once the server went down, I immediately paid for another 2 years, updated my credit card info and address info(they still had me listed as living in Phoenix, AZ). �

Unfortunately, for some reason my domain is still down, after I was told it would be back up the same day. �So I sent an e-mail to them. �Hopefully I'll A. get a reponse soon or B. My domain will come back up. � Until then i'm sorry about the troubles anyone may be experiencing.

lol, that's funny... but, for me it never stopped working, and i've been there almost everyday since the 14th... weird...

well, if anyone is having problems, i hope it works out soon =)

I never experianced any problemos. TIC is how I come into TIB, since I'm to friggin' lazy to bookmark TIB as a seperate site. LOL! Hm, maybe TIC only won't work in the morning? Maybe it's like with that one pic in the "This forum is evil" topic. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been on twice a day for the past week and never had a single problem. Which is strange because me and computers do not get along very well.

Oh well, maybe my luck is changing.

Actually, the problem was only for a day or so. The domain went down because it wasn't renewed again. There shouldn't be any more problems now and TIC should have an uptime of 99%. And TIB is on a completely different sever than TIC. TIC is it's own server, TIB is hosted on Ketnar.org's servers. If one goes down the other will be up.

Well in that case It would be wise to bookmark TIB, wouldn't it? *Goes to bookmark it*
