New layout is finally done!

After weeks of html and graphics... x_x;

I kept mentioning that I was going to redo TIC's layout.  After all, TIB got a redo, so why not my main site?  So I spent a great deal of my break working on it, but it's finally finished.  Go see now, or else a partially rotted sled will run you over. O_o;

*Oggles at it* Wow, Silver, that's awesome! ^^ You spent most of your break on it? Wow, dedication. ^^ Really, REALLY good job, girl! ^^
it is great, and other ppl will love it more
Thanks again everyone!  Yeah, it did eat up a lot of my break, but it was a now or never sort of thing.  But seeing how everyone likes it, I'd say it was more than worth it. ^^
That's kewl, must be hard to update a site when it's not using frames. Two paws up!
Once a layout is up, it's fairly simple.  I use server side includes which is a bit more functional than frames.  ^^
